GUN PERMITS

• You must live within Mishawaka city limits and be 18 years of age
  
  
• Pay $10 to pick up permit application at the MPD Records Division
  
  
• Completed applications may be returned to Records for local processing on WEDNESDAYS ONLY 9am-6pm
  
  
• Approved applications may be picked up at the Records Division ONE WEEK after being submitted
  
  
• The applicant then mails the approved form and a certified check to Indianapolis for state approval

           Fees:

• $10 to pick up application
                PLUS
• Personal Protection permit $15
• Hunting & Target permit $5
