APPEAL #10-25      An appeal submitted by Susan M. Velez requesting a Developmental Variance for 1205 South West Street, to allow a privacy fence with a 3’ exterior side yard setback and a deck with a 3’ rear yard setback.   Continued from the September 14, 2010 meeting.
