APPEAL #10-25      An appeal submitted by Susan M. Velez requesting a Developmental Variance for 1205 South West Street, to allow a privacy fence with a 3’ exterior side yard setback and a deck with a 3’ rear yard setback.   Continued from the October 12, 2010 meeting.

APPEAL #10-37      An appeal submitted by Gurson Enterprises Inc. requesting a Use Variance and Developmental Variance for 701 West Fourth Street, to allow a wood privacy fence with a 0’ exterior side yard setback, and a C-5 Neighborhood Commercial use within an R-1 Single Family Residential District.
