10.  Privilege of the Floor – Non-Agenda Items  Pasquale Rulli Jr  announced the Falling Officers Memorial  May 5th 2011 at 2:00PM at the Police Memorial located at the front of the Mishawaka Police Station 200 N. Church St.

Clerk Block read the following resolution and opened the public hearing;

12.  New Business            Ross Deal’s Neighborhood Meeting will be

                             May 18th at 7:00pm Twin Branch. Mr Deal informed the public he can be found on Facebook

                            

                             Woody Emmons Neighborhood Meeting will be May 19th at 7:00pm St. Bavo’s the speaker will be Senator John Broden
