PLAT #11-12          A request submitted by Cressy Land Investments, LLC, seeking approval of the one (1) lot Cheddar’s Main Street Minor Subdivision.

PETITION #11-13   A request submitted by Billie Moore, Rose Ferrara, Joseph Varga, Dan Estes, William Squibb, Robert Woodward, Loyal Order Moose 1262, South Bend Real Estate LLC, and the City of Mishawaka requesting to rezone property from R-1 Single Family Residential, R-3 Multi-Family Residential, and C-1 General Commercial to C-3 City Center Commercial.
