APPEAL #11-27      An appeal submitted by City Group, L.L.C. requesting a Use Variance for 1253 East Twelfth Street to allow more than two (2) tenants on C-1 General Commercial and C-4 Automobile Oriented Commercial District.

APPEAL #11-28      An appeal submitted by Lloyd Family Limited Partnership requesting a Developmental Variance for 711-921 West McKinley Avenue to allow for a reduction in the required number of parking spaces.
