Clerk Block opened the public hearing according to State Statute;

A public hearing on Vacation 2012-03 as required by State Statute on behalf of the City of Mishawaka Redevelopment Commission Vacate Right of Way’s in the area of the east/west alley N of Madison St. between Cedar St. and Pine St.

Clerk Block read the following appeal and petition by title:

Cindy Binion, 1809 E LaSalle, voiced her concern regarding parking of her school bus on her property.

Sherri Miller, Chamber of Commerce announced this would be her last council meeting and thanked everyone. She is moving on to the Susan B. Koman, Foundation.

First and Second District August 16th at 7:00PM at St. Bavo’s School the speakers will be Mr. Jim Schrader, Mishawaka Utilities and John Julien,HJ Umbaugh and Associates ,regarding rate increases and withdrawing from the IURC.

Third and Fourth District August 15th at 7:00PM at Twin Branch School the speakers will be Mr. Jim Schrader, Mishawaka Utilities and John Julien,HJ Umbaugh and Associates regarding rate increases and withdrawing from the IURC.

Fifth and Sixth Districts August 13th at 7:00PM at John Young School
the speakers will be Mr. Jim Schrader, Mishawaka Utilities and John Julien,HJ Umbaugh and Associates regarding rate increases and withdrawing from the IURC.

John Reisdorf announced August 7th as National Night Out at Twin Branch Park
