Clerk Block read the following letter of recommendation;

A letter from the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding recommendations from their March 12, 2013 meeting.

Clerk Block read the following resolutions 1 thru 6 as follows and passed by a voice vote;

R2013-02 Honoring Grant Martsolf Mishawaka High School State Champion Wrestling
R2013-03 Honoring Tristan Macri Mishawaka High School State Champion Wrestling

Clerk Block read the following resolution by title and opened the public hearing;

Mayor Wood updated the council on the Baycote site. The EPA is back and will take 6 to 8 weeks for cleanup.

12.  New Business

Woody Emmon’s Neighborhood Meeting will be Thursday, 3-21-2013 at 7:00pm St. Bavo’s School. The speaker Street Commissioner Mike Watson will talk about the summer street projects.

Mike Bellovich made a motion to move the April 1st council meeting to April 8th 2013 with a second by John Reisdorf motion carried.

John Roggeman announced he will be the council representative on the committee for voting centers.
