Clerk Block opened the state statute hearing on the following vacation of public right of way;

A public hearing on Vacation No. 2013-08 as required by State Statute on behalf of Ken Prince, City of Mishawaka vacate Right of Way – Second East-West Alley South of Stanley St. West of Sara St. approximately 151 Ft. and the First North-South Alley South of Stanley St West of Sara St. approximately 120 Ft.

Clerk Block read the following letters of recommendation;

A letter from the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding recommendations from their August 13, 2013 meeting.

A letter from the City Plan Commission regarding recommendations from their August 13, 2013 meeting.

Appointment to Board of Zoning Appeals - Chuck Trippel

Mr. Compton announced the next regular meeting will be Tuesday, September 3, 2013.

Mr. Reisdorf stated the next project for MACOG R26-13 will be Sidewalks & ADA Bike and Pedestrian Facilities for Beiger Elementary and Twin Branch Elementary Schools.
