10.  Privilege of the Floor – Non-Agenda Items

Melonie Como and Melonie Como Dits appealed to the council concerning her problems with the Park Dept and the administration with The Company performing at Battell Center.

Paul Gleissner, Firefighter/Paramedic voiced his concern on the lack of EMS/ambulance personnel at football games.

Tom Meyers speaking on behalf of his daughter Renee concerning the improvements made on West St/Slicks Ct off of LWW.

Clerk Block read the following resolution by title and opened the public hearing;

The Meeting Date for the First Meeting in November will be Wednesday, November 6th.

Matt Mammolenti said the Better Business Bureau would be teaming up with WNDU on October 26th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon in WNDU parking lot for shredding of paper at NO CHARGE.

John Reisdorf reminded everyone of the election on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 concerning the Referendum for Mishawaka Schools.
