Clerk Block read the following letters of recommendation;

A letter from the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding recommendations from their May 13, 2014 meeting.

A letter from the City Plan Commission regarding recommendations from their May 13, 2014 meeting.

Clerk Block opened the public hearings as required by state statute. No vote is required at this time.

  • A public hearing on Vacation 2014-01 as required by State Statute on behalf of Beacon Health Systems, Inc., Memorial Health Systems, Inc., Capital Avenue Properties, LLC, Mary A. Golata, Golata Family Trust and Golata Charitable Remainder Unitrust for vacation of the following described public right of way and underlying utility Easement Rights – Evergreen Rd between I 80/90 Toll Rd and Capital Ave.

Re-appoint Randy Squadroni to Transpo Board. Mike Compton moved to re-appoint Randy Squadroni to Transpo Board, seconded by Ron Banicki; motion carried.

The Twin Branch Neighborhood Meeting will be Wednesday, May 21st. Speaker to be announced later.

The Memorial Parade will be Monday, May 26th starting at 9:30am.
