APPEAL #09-52      An appeal submitted by Centennial Wireless on behalf of Norfolk Southern Railroad d/b/a CitySwitch LLC, requesting a Use Variance to allow the placement of an antenna on an existing communications tower at 323 Laurel Street.

APPEAL #09-53      An appeal submitted by Carriage House Mishawaka 1, a limited partnership, requesting a Sign Variance for 220 Portsmouth Court (Carriage House Apartments), to permit two (2) oversized freestanding signs; one at the main entrance to the apartment complex and one at the secondary entrance.

APPEAL #09-54      An appeal submitted by Reward Homebuyer Inc. requesting a Developmental Variance for 1102 Ann Street, to allow a home addition with a 7’ exterior side yard setback.
