PUBLIC HEARING:

APPEAL #09-14      An appeal submitted by Morris G. Degeyter, Jr., and Family & Children’s Center, Inc., requesting a Use Variance for 221 West Sixth Street, to allow a group home for up to ten (10) unrelated persons on R-1 Single Family Residential property.  Continued from the May 12, 2009 meeting.

APPEAL #09-21      An appeal submitted Donald and Irene McGann requesting a Developmental Variance for 123 Redwood Court, to allow a deck to be constructed on the rear of the home resulting in a rear building setback of 7’.

APPEAL #09-22      An appeal submitted by Haji M. Tehrani requesting a Developmental Variance for 5406 North Main Street, to reduce the number of parking spaces by 7 spaces from the required 35 spaces in order to construct an addition to the entrance and detail center of his Drive & Shine Car Care Center.

APPEAL #09-23      An appeal submitted by Carrie Sharp requesting a Developmental Variance for 901 West Marion Street, to allow a recently constructed solid wood fence with a 0’ exterior side yard setback and located 6’ within the City right-of-way to remain.

APPEAL #09-24      An appeal submitted by Jay Ingle requesting a Developmental Variance for 2532 Milburn Boulevard, to allow a 13’ X 13’ home addition with a side yard set back of 3’, and the addition will have a 24’ rear building setback.

APPEAL #09-25      An appeal submitted by TKL Real Estate, LLC, requesting a Developmental Variance for 3811 Grape Road to install six (6) combination vacuums with concrete base and  accompanying canopy up to the right-of-way along Grape Road and Edison Road.
