PUBLIC HEARING:

APPEAL #09-30      An appeal submitted by BD&M, LLC seeking the following listed variances for 1028 East Jefferson Boulevard:  Use Variance to allow light manufacturing/auto body of vehicular accessory trailers and the outside storage of those items; and various developmental variances for parking, setbacks, and landscaping.

APPEAL #09-33      A appeal submitted by Edison Road Partnership requesting a Use Variance for 620 West Edison Road, to allow outside display of spas.

APPEAL #09-34      An appeal submitted by Eric L. and Susan B. Casper requesting a Developmental Variance for 125 East Colfax Avenue, to allow for the construction of a covered entry-way and access ramp with a 20’ front yard setback.
