Clerk Block opened the public hearing requires by State Statute;

A public hearing on Vacation 2014-03 as required by State Statute on behalf of John Becker and the City of Mishawaka for vacation of the following described public right of way in the City of Mishawaka North Main St and East Mishawaka Ave. 141.67 Ft East/West Alley

Clerk Block closed the public hearing.

Woody Emmons Neighborhood Meeting will be 8-21-2014 at 7:00PM at St. Bavo’s School. The speaker will be Senator Donnelly’s Regional Director Meredith Parks talking about the VA Hospital and more.
