Pat Herod, 320 N Oakland, asked if the City would look into rewriting the Domestic Animal Ordinance concerning breed specific legislation, tethering and bringing the laws up to date with South Bend and Fort Wayne.

12.  New Business

Woody Emmons Neighborhood Meeting for November will be canceled; also there is never a meeting in December due to the holidays. The next meeting will be the third Thursday in January.

Matt Mammolenti stated his Neighborhood Meeting will be November 19th, at Twin Branch School 7:00PM. Detective Brian Cook, St. Joseph County Homicide Unit, will be onhand to give a presentation and the new vehicle will be present.
