Custom framing expensive, this is a pre-made frame from Michael’s. Suggestion to add a Certificate of Authenticity to the back. There are a total of 70 pieces, but not all in sellable condition. The original 10 have been completed and there are 30 more to frame. People were not rushing to buy them at the price they were offered ($75). Give some as gifts. Add email to classified ad in South Bend Tribune.

NEW BUSINESS

Daniel Ward House

Todd Zieger, Indiana Landmarks, sent us something to fill out for an article in This Old House magazine for its “save this old house” story. Mr. Zenor wrote notes for the article which appeared in the current issue of the magazine. Mr. Zieger relayed he is getting lots of calls from people who want to move it as far as Iowa and Wyoming. The original plan was to move it to the north of the property or west to Centennial Plaza, but neither has worked out. The hope is to keep the house in Mishawaka. The house is offered free, the only cost associated would be to move it. Moving a house costs approximately $1,000 per intersection. Try to get local media to cover this story as well. The house will be open Wednesday.

Commission Member Terms

Dave Vollrath’s term is up. Cliff will resign from the Commission in May. We’ve heard from another person interested in joining. Dick Barnette may resign for health reasons. Advisory members to move up or is anyone else interested? At the end of the calendar year, 3 open positions.

ADJOURNMENT

Cliff Zenor, Chairman
