Randy Orak, 114 E. 8th St. spoke about having chickens in Mishawaka.

John Roggeman made a motion to suspend the rules to hear the Mayor’s State of the City on March 7th. Seconded by Ross Deal, motion carried.

Matt Mammolenti stated the Twin Branch Neighborhood Meeting will be Wednesday, January 20th at 7:00PM in the school. The speaker will be Tim Ryan, Street Commissioner.
