Clerk Block read the following letter of recommendation;

  • A letter from the City Plan Commission regarding recommendations from their April 12, 2016 meeting.

Clerk Block opened the public hearing;

  • A Public Hearing on Vacation 2016-01 required by State Statute on behalf of Leslie L. Kelly and Donald J. Kelly a portion Unimproved Ironwood Rd (after realignment) West of 2807 LWW

The public hearing closed at 7:05pm

Clerk Block presented the encumbrances to the council;

Ross Deal announced the Twin Branch/Reverwood Neighborhood Meeting would be Wednesday, 04-20-2016 at 7:00pm in the school. The speaker will be St. Joseph County Metro Homicide Unit.

Woody Emmons stated the 1st District Neighborhood Meeting would be 04-21-2016 at 7:00pm in St. Bavo’s School. The speaker will be Senator Broden.
