An appeal submitted by Cedar Crest Apartments requesting a Developmental Variance for 510 West Jefferson Boulevard to permit a 6’ chain link fence with a 0’ exterior side yard setback.

An appeal submitted by Michael E. Young requesting a Developmental Variance for 1020 Wilson Boulevard to permit a solid fence with 0’ exterior side yard setback along Wilson Boulevard and Logan Street.
