PETITION #16-12

A petition submitted by KLT Properties, LLC, requesting to amend the Gateway Plaza Planned Unit Development located at the northwest corner of Bremen Highway and US 20 Bypass, to allow the parcel to be developed independently from previous PUD that included multiple parcels, and architectural building standards for the self-storage facility shall only apply to the eastern most Building #3. Continued from the April 12, 2016, meeting. Petitioner requests the item be continued to the June 14, 2016, meeting.
