Appeal No. 2016-29 Use Variance for a 140’ Monopole Communications Tower – 5225 Grape Rd – Restore Habitat for Humanity
Petition No. 2016-22 Annex and Zone to C-4 Automobile Oriented 1732 E. McKinley Ave.

Ross Deal announced the Twin Branch National Night Out will be August 2, 2016 from 5 to 7 with food, raffles, prizes.

Bryan Tanner stated “The Oaks” Neighborhood Meeting will be at the newly renovated Battell Center at 6:00PM on August 10, 2016.

Woody Emmons stated the 1st District Neighborhood Meeting would not meet in August but would resume in September. There will be a presentation on the school referendum.

Mayor Wood announced National Night Out will also be at Hillis Hans Park and the 4th Street Neighborhood Group at 4th Street and Merrifield Ave.
