12.  New Business  

Consideration of Suspension of Council Rules – State of the City
Mike Compton moved to suspend the rules to have the Mayor’s State of the City on March 13th at Battell Center at 7:00PM. Seconded by Ron Banicki motion carried.

Woody Emmons announced the 1st District Neighborhood meeting will be January 19th at 7:00PM at St. Bavos School. The speaker will be Sergeant Mark Fleming from the Mishawaka Police Department.

Matt Mammolenti and Ross Deal will be having the Twin Branch Neighborhood Meeting January 18th at 7:00PM in the school. The speakers will be Mishawaka’s John Roggeman, Deputy City Attorney-Staff Attorney and Jacob Crawford from Park and Recreation.

This meeting will be aired Wednesday, January 19, 2017 at 9:00am on the Public Access Channel.
