12.  New Business  

Mayor Wood announced the State of the City would be on Monday, March 13th at 7:00PM at Battell Center. The Mayor’s Youth Council will be giving tours at 6:00PM.

Woody Emmons announced the 1st District Neighborhood Meeting will be 3-16-2017 at 7:00PM at St. Bavo’s School. The speaker will be Chris Jamrose, City Engineer.

Ross Deal stated the Twin Branch Neighborhood Meeting will be at the Fire Station, Harrison Rd on 3-15-2017 at 7:00PM The speaker will be Mayor Wood speaking on the State of the City.

Bryan Tanner stated there will not be an “Oaks” Neighborhood Meeting this month and encouraged residents to attend the State of the City at Battell Center on 3-13-2017.

This meeting will be aired Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 9:00am on the Public Access Channel.
