  • A letter from the City Plan Commission regarding recommendations from their July 11, 2017 meeting.

LT. Tim Williams, MPD DARE Officer, introduced the winners of the DARE Essay Contest for 2016-2017 School Year

10.  Privilege of the Floor - Non-Agenda Items  

Mayor Wood announced National Night Out Against Crime will be August 1, 2017 starting at 5:30PM. He has heard from the following parks participating - Twin Branch Watch Association and Hillis Hans Watch Association.

Mayor Wood also reminded everyone Kamm Island Fest is July 19, 2017.

11.  Unfinished Business  

Clerk Block called for the Special Meeting; Officer Mark Fleming passed out the Certificate of Service.

12.  New Business  

Call for Special Meeting July 24, 2017 6:00PM Regarding Resolution 2017-19 JAMIL Packaging Corporation Confirming Resolution.

Woody Emmons reminded everyone the First District Neighborhood Meetings will resume in September.

13.  Adjournment  7:35 PM

This meeting will be aired Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 9:00am on the Public Access Channel.
