Spring Leaf Pickup April 17-21

Mayor David Wood announced today that the Mishawaka Street Department will be picking up leaves for one week, starting Monday, April 17, 2016. This means that Mishawaka residents may begin raking leaves to their curbside for a Monday, April 17th pickup which will continue for a one week period only, through Friday, April 21st.

2017 Summer Concert Series Announced

Mishawaka Parks is excited to announce the schedule for the 2017 Summer Concert Series. These family-friendly concerts are held primarily the Battell Park Bandshell and at Beutter Park June through August along with some June/July programs available on the Clubhouse Deck at Eberhart-Petro Golf Course.

Mayor Wood Delivers 2017 State of the City Address

2017 State of the City Address

Mishawaka Mayor Dave Wood will deliver his State of the City address on Monday evening, March 13th, 2017 in the auditorium of the Battell Center. There will be an open-house reception and tours of Battell Center led by members of Mayor Wood’s Youth Advisory Council starting at 6:00pm followed by the State of the City address at 7:00pm. The event is free and open to the public.

American Heritage Roundtable - March 9

The next American Heritage Roundtable discussion will take place March 9, 2017 at 6:30pm in the Spencer Gallery at the Mishawaka Library, 209 Lincolnway East. The featured presentation will be on the 1893 Columbian Exposition (Chicago World's Fair) presented by Ed Chamberlin.

The American Heritage Roundtable is co-sponsored by the Mishawaka Historic Preservation Commission. No registration is necessary.
