Service providers and product vendors are invited to submit catalogs, brochures, price lists, Statements of Qualifications, etc. to our Purchasing Agent. Purchasing then assists all requesting departments, including Mishawaka Utilities, in "shopping" for products and services and issues appropriate Purchase Orders.
The Purchasing Agent will see vendor representatives - by appointment only - between the hours of 1:30-4:00pm, Monday-Thursday.
The City of Mishawaka does not maintain a formal "Bid List". Vendors wishing to submit bids are encouraged to watch for publication of required Legal Notice to Bidders. We publish all such notices twice - on successive Thursdays - in the South Bend Tribune and the Mishawaka Enterprise. Additionally, the Tribune posts Legal Notices on its online edition.
